  • Can I postpone a payment?

      If you wish to defer a payment, you must contact your lender no later than 72 business hours before the due date to arrange the deferral. This step is crucial to avoid any payment and potential fees issues. Additional fees may also apply in the case of a payment deferral.

      In the event of prolonged non-payment, the debt may be transferred to a collection agency. It is, therefore, essential to consider the potential consequences of long-term non-repayment.
  • In case of failure to pay, what will happen?

    • You must first contact your lender at 1 514-380-5172 (option 4) in the event of repayment difficulties. A fee will be applied for a withdrawal without funds and for delaying a payment. In the event of prolonged non-payment, the debt will be transferred to a collection agency.
  • I am self-employed or on a non-employment plan, am I eligible?
